Hiding from the DOJ interrogators is getting harder by the minute and I don’t know how much longer we can avoid them. If I do have to answer questions, what I’m supposed to say? Do I answer them truthfully? If so, then Hetty is absolutely doomed. I’m not sure why she chose to keep such important information from me but with Hetty there is always a reason. She may not ever tell us what it is, but there’s always a method to her madness.

I was shocked to see Callen today. Not because he was back from his assignment but because of his hair and beard. Of course his new ‘do’ has nothing on Deeks’ ‘styled by pillow’ look, but it was definitely a nice change. I’m sure Deeks will have plenty more to say about it!

Our trip to the morgue today was interesting to say the least! I’m not sure if Deeks’ protests about dealing with dead people were genuine or if he was just being funny, but when he wouldn’t give me his shirt, I had to take drastic measures. My competitive nature took over when he said, “There is no version of me that is giving you my shirt.” Of course, I absolutely had to prove otherwise. I offered him cronuts for a month, dinners at his favorite taco truck and I even promised to clean my apartment. None of it worked until I finally made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. I guess there is a version of Deeks that would give me his shirt for a dead guy!
