NCISLA_REVENGE DEFERRED_2Title: “Revenge Deferred”

Airing: February 29th

Filming:   January 4th to January 12th (first episode filmed in 2016)

What CBS is telling us: “Revenge Deferred” – After extensive surveillance footage of Sam’s family is found in Africa, Sam and Callen fly there to determine who is responsible and for what purpose. Also, Sam’s family is moved from their home to a safe house. Ella Thomas returns as Jada Khaled on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Monday, Feb. 29.

What we think is happening: Jada and Tahir Khaled are back, as is Alex Elmslie. Unlike Elmslie, one of Khaled siblings has revenge in mind.

Insider Intel: Nothing up this week so far but in several interviews with both the producers and LL Cool J earlier this season there were mentions of an upcoming storyline that lead to some of the most difficult times of Sam’s life. This looks to be the start.  A typical interview from that time of the year is this EW.com talk with LL Cool J:

Sneak Peek #1:

CBS labeled this Sneak Peek #2 it works betters as #1. How terrifying for Sam to see his photos of his family in a terrorist’s base camp.

 Sneak Peek #2:

Obviously Granger did not get the memo that Hetty prefers Miss.

No new episode next week – a rebroadcast of “Command and Control” – the terrific 150th episode.  The program returns with a new episode (“Exchange Rate”) on March 14th.

  2. Thanks for your preview.
Every week, when there is a new NCIS LA episode, I like to see all the information on the episode, comments and photographs all gathered together. I really appreciate what you do.

I can’t wait to see what kind of story the writer has planned to bring back the Khaleds. I’m afraid it will be quite a dark plot. That creepy Sam’s family’s photographs sort of scrapbook has already given me shivers.

  3. Thanks Tess for putting this together for us. I also appreciate that you add anything new that appears after you post it, that is really great and I know it takes a lot of effort. I am looking forward to this episode . I do hope that Deeks plays a role integral to the storyline in this even though Sam and Callen are out of the country . I have come to appreciate the interactions of Deeks with not only Sam but with Sam’s family.

    • Thank you!

I wish they would put those photos up a little earlier – they use to do that when the program was on Tuesdays – but I guess everyone on the program more than earns a nice Sunday day of rest.
