  1. I didn’t see in the promo clips where SUPER NELL…out in the field saving the world again…dives overboard and fights off 6 or 7 sharks by herself.
…or where Anna, while smiling and being distracted by a photo opp, looses her balance on her high heals and falls overboard….being eaten by said sharks.
can somebody post them please, or they supposed to be a surprise.? I can hardly wait!!!!
    ..told you I need help.

    wonderful job as usual.
on a side note, you put so much in here I am going to have to get a new computer so the page loads quicker, Kidding , thank you as always

  3. Thanks again and this is quite a collection of behind the scenes info/pics. I must have missed at least half of this, probably bypassed since there was no Deeks ( sorry to sound so shallow). I am really glad you do this so I am ready for the episode.

  4. Thank you for all the hard work that goes into putting all of this together; I’m truly grateful. I love the clips; LL is so funny; his laugh is great! I love the ocean and having Callen kicking some butt is always top notch. The scene with Deeks though has me concerned. I’m on the West Coast Northern CA, so I’ll follow Twitter to see if I can watch or not. I love the show; its actually one of my favorites but that scene with Deeks is heartbreaking. Ah man! He sounds so lost — sucks! Here’s to hoping Kensi recovers well and lets Deeks help her in her recovery — cheers!

    • Thank for the nice words. I think there are going to be good times and bad times ahead of Kensi and Deeks but that is normal for any couple, let alone a couple dealing with Kensi’s injury. I want to see their journey.

      Like

      • I agree with you, to explore the journey can be enticing, provided it is good storytelling, which I think has been so far, except for some clichés such as Kensi pushing Deeks away in last episode. I get why she did it, but before the episode aired, I would have bet the writers would go down that road. And I guarantee I’m not a fortune-teller.

      • I agree with you Tess! I want to see their journey together also; road blocks, stumbles, etc. are building blocks to make a strong foundation for a solid couple planning to spend their lives together.

  5. Thanks for your preview, my NCIS LA wouldn’t be the same without this “weekly tradition” where I can find everything at hand.
It seems this time they shared a lot about the episode, honestly I didn’t remember all the pictures posted.
From one of the sneak peeks we get that 1) Deeks is still having problems dealing with Kensi, 2) she is still in hospital 3) he is still sleeping there. Now I’m wondering: did he tell the truth? Had he actually slept next to Kensi’s bed the night before this episode? And was it just the same night of last week’s episode? Was Deeks lying not to tell Sam and Callen that Kensi had pushed him away as if he was any visitor? Too many questions, I know. Let’s hope the episode will shed some light and not just be focused on Callen swimming with the sharks…

    • Thank you!

I find that different directors and writers have different presences on social media. Diana Valentine takes a number of photos when she directs an episode but Frank Military has no socail media presence. The LL Cool J videos were released to go with the season premiere – which aired the week they were filming this episode. It all depends who is on set every week.

My guess is Deeks was at the hospital, even if he wasn’t at her bedside. And I always think there is a week between cases the way there is a week between episodes unless there is a cliffhanger “to be continued” two-parter like the “Blye K” episodes.

      Thanks again!

  6. I also hope isn’t all about Callen and the sharks.

as far as Deeks goes…the script calling for a 4-6 month rehab may have painted them into a corner forcing them to gloss over the rehab and have big time jumps…unfortunate. I always thought they overdid the amount of injuries Kensi sustained. heck, they had to jump ahead a month between episodes already. I kind of feel cheated out of some tender moments between Densi already and I fear it may get worse as they jump forward to hold to the timeline they created….might not have been a perfect decision.
now for the question about Kensi’s no visitors thing…a couple possibilities.

    1) Deeks went back, Kensi apologized, Deeks slept in Kensi’s room
    2) Deeks went back, Kensi apologized, Deeks agreed to give her some space and went home for the night to return in the morning.
    3) Kensi still didn’t want visitors, Deeks sneaked in and slept in her room anyway
    4) Kensi still didn’t want visitors, Deeks slept on a chair in the visitors lounge.
    5) Deeks went home dejected and heartbroken…

    what do you guys think????

    Liked by 1 person

    • I don’t know why Kensi would apologize. She had a rough time – that’s to be expected. I think the scenes last week with Callen-Sam-Deeks, Deeks-Granger and Callen’s reaction in the preview to Deeks means everyone is on board with helping for her recovery if they can.

And there is no guarantee she’s back in the field working full cases when she returns to the office. Hetty sat her down when she returned to the office after her time in Afghanistan – that could happen again.

      Like

      • maybe I am phrasing it wrong.
I see Deeks and Kensi’s next discussion starting off one of 2 ways. either she says “hey come on in, sorry I just left like that, I know you are just trying to help. I was having a bad day and I am having trouble processing this. I didnt mean to take it out o you. lets have an honest talk, not a cheery one, a realistic one, ok”. ( he will then apologize profusely and attempt to take all the blame for being unrealistic and way too cheery) to me that is starting the conversation off with an apology…
the other way it goes is she says ” i said I didnt want any visitors”….(not an apology)
…I guess the writers could just ignore elephant in the room completely like the like they do with so many other things
I guess I just hope that getting a ” hey, not your fault, I was having a rough time, Come here and give me a kiss” type comment from Kensi would not be too much to ask for.
I realize it will need to be a good honest 2 way conversation, but I feel it would start with Kensi letting deeks know she is not mad at him to create a safe zone for that conversation to take place.

I wonder if she will be pushing around a wheelchair for Christmas?
I realize she could loose this entire season to her rehab, but I don’t think so.
could her first steps be a Christmas miracle????

  7. I would still LOVE to see Kensi ask Deeks why the doctors and nurses keep referring to him as her fiance’, and what did she miss…
could make for a cute scene.

  8. I can say I’m looking forward to watch this episode. But I’m a little bit worried about Deeks. Altough I understand Kensi’s behaviour, I don’t want to see the writer/producer jeopardize their relationship. They’ve done an amazing work with them until now. I want to have faith in Densi and the writers… Please, leave Kensi and Deeks happy forever and ever… With some angst of course but not too much… 😉 because even if I love serious ECO, I want to see Deeks happy.
Like Cladani, I’m wondering if he says the truth… I’m afraid he spent the night at their home, alone… And if it’s true, it make me sad, really sad…
Hurry up monday morning, hurry up… Because it means I’m free from work (bad job who makes me work on the week-end…) and I can watch Ncis LA on my computer… 😉

  9. One quick note from guest star Kurt Yaeger:

Start times will be posted after the game!

  10. Oh Wow! The story arc of Sullivan is beginning; this is going to be good! For those who may not know, Special Agent Sullivan was Hetty’s first casualty. She, we thought he was dead and that has haunted her over the years. We never saw him; she just spoke of him a few times throughout the years. Cheers!

    Like

    • hey, maybe we just found the mole…Sullivan…
He could have felt betrayed or left out in the cold by NCIS in general or blames Hetty in particular and is exacting his revenge by bringing the operation down,,,,
in my obsession and scatterbrained thoughts about the mole, this might be as probable as anything else…
      thoughts?

      Like

      • Could be, but if he is the mole is he working alone? Didn’t Carl mention a woman to Sam , even though that could have been either a lie or they never actually met “face to face” . One thing that I was thinking that Kurt Yaeger has a prosthetic leg , will they write that into the story? (Meeting Kensi in rehab facility?, and if that is the case I hope Kensi is not in danger if he is the mole)
Have Kensi, Callen or Sam met Sullivan? Have they mentioned that ?

        • could Nell’s real name be Natalie Grant?….isn’t that the woman’s name?, or at least what we were told…

does anyone remember what happened to Grace Stevens from the raven and the swans?

…are we sure Lauren Hunter is dead and not just a staged explosion?

what about Paris or Rachel from the Red team?….didnt Paris sleep with Callen at some point? or was that a rumor???

ooh, maybe it is really Joelle, the Russian sleeper agent….just sayin’

      • Since Kurt Yaeger did his filming in July when they were setting up scenes for Daniela Ruah’s maternity leave, I think he’ll be exclusive to her recovery.

The mole needs to be someone we know, not some random guy in the background who is suddenly important or some guest star who just showed up.

  11. Looks like this will be the final episode for Kensi in the hospital (probably off to a rehab facility):

    Like

    • that would be good news…
I realize it is a big assumption, but I think we will have Kensi back at work in the Christmas episode 8-11 , even if it is just in opps. that leave 4 more episodes to cover her rehab.
I assume they want her upright and active as soon as possible, because this is already a long story arc. that being said, I dont see how they can cover Dani’s bump if she winds up in opps filming pre-baby.. hiding behind a desk and monitor, I guess.

my guess is for a Christmas miracle return

hopefully she can be in outpatient therapy some before then and we can see Deeks take care of her in their home. I do enjoy the domestic interaction.
…maybe she will find the ring while digging around looking for something he cleaned up and she can no longer find….

      • Daniela Ruah is back on the set this week – they’re filming the annual Christmas episode. Since the program kept Kensi in the office for an episode after Daniela Ruah’s first maternity, I wouldn’t be surprised if Kensi is a bit more office bound as she tries to return to the office.

        Like

        • I have a feeling you are probably right.
I guess I was just hoping that maybe they filmed the “return to work but stay in opps” scenes pre maternity leave and she is mobile for Christmas.
          …I know, wishful thinking, right…

  12. Part of my watching pleasure is your previews. Thank you for all of your hard work. It is hard being a caretaker and as much as I would like Kensi to be all better. It does feel very real. It takes a toll on a person. I wonder if Deeks wondering if he is strong enough is his way of starting to ask for support. I think Granger is on track asking about him.

    Liked by 1 person

    • Thank you so much – it is fun to do these.

I am completely with you. I expect Kensi to be frustrated and Deeks unhappy that he can’t make things better. Nobody wants to see the person they love struggle. I expect some tough times over the next few episodes but a realization that they’re in this together. And they have real support from Granger, Callen and Sam, Hetty and the rest of the team. It has been a really solid storyline.

      • couldn’t agree more.
i am fine with the tough times, just want them to go through them together
…All in….not Deeks on the outside looking in….right?
when she can allow herself to lean on him, both physically and emotionally, without feeling badly about it, and see that it helps him as much as it does her to do so…their relationship will be stronger for it.
