I was glad that it was not an engagement ring, first because I think it would have been a little too soon (only a week since the episode in which Deeks “casually” tested the waters with Kensi about getting married), and second because they were still at work and until we are told or shown otherwise, I want to imagine the proposal scene in a much more romantic way!
