It will certainly be interesting to see! I think Nell has the capacity to remain serious and focused on Op (just like she does in Ops), but also the human factor needed to “endure” the jokester-side of Deeks. Yet getting to the “heart” of the matter (ok, a little pun intended), who is really hoping for Nell to give Deeks a little insight and advice about the absence of and his developing ‘ship with Kensi? This girl! Plus, maybe we”ll get to see if Nell is growing more toward being “Hetty 2.0”.
Don’t believe this is temporary, people. I see Marty falling for Nell and Kensi falling for that long lost person from her past she saw in Afghanistan. And Eric, I see him joining the CSI (Las Vegas) team soon.

I would love watching Nell give Deeks advice. She is an old soul and I think she would have some instinctive insight to the situation.
