Gayle is a WikiDeeks writer and has the challenging task of penning the "Surf Log" each week. Known as "DensiLand" on Twitter, Instagram, & Tumblr, Gayle obviously "ships" Densi and has sincere love for the entire cast (& crew) of characters.
This was great as usual. It’s so good and true-to-character that while reading, I automatically do it with Deeks’ voice in my head. Love how you always mix the funny comments in-between the seriousness of what’s happening, much like he does on the show. Also, really liked the lawyer comment and “meerkats” reference.
Sorry for the long overdue reply! Thanks you so much for your kind words; I feel there is no greater compliment than a “true to character” comment. This is how I try to write too – hearing Deeks say the words. So lucky he/they give us so much to play with!
That is a great entry that gives a perfect idea of the quiet and quite boring day Deeks and Kensi had. Last year it was a long fall waiting for Kensi to be back in the field next to Deeks, and we perfectly knew the reason behind that author’s choice, now this season I hope this kind of episodes with desk-duty-Deeks and Kensi is just an exception. I’m addicted to Action!Deeks&Kensi.
