No good Deeks goes unpunished? That is perfect! I can always picture Deeks sitting at his desk writing these entries and hear his voice as I read along. You capture the Deeksness so well! Thanks!
Wow – thank you! I swear that line was a gift from God! BTW, I can only speak for myself, but I suspect it’s true of anyone who writes things like this or fanfic, etc. The most amazing feedback is saying someone captured/expressed/was true to a character. Your comment made my week!
I agree with OhBuddy66: you capture the Deeksness so well!
Watching the episode but also reading your entry, I can’t help thinking about how far Deeks and Kensi have come since he gave her her father’s knife back. Still at work, still together after a tough day, but in a completely different scene and mood.
Now he doesn’t only give her something important that belonged to her father, saving it from her messy desk, but, more importantly, he makes her understand in a very sweet way that he accepts her flaws. This is definitely love.
Excellent connection! While I miss trying to interpret their words and expressions, there’s now something so simple about their clear freedom of expression!
That sounds just like Deeks. Love this entry, made me laugh and the awwwwww., so sweet to hear Deeks “get” Kensi. The gift was my favorite Densi scene.
