Big, Dumb Jerk: Deeks Surf Log 05/09/21

We worked today with a brilliant young woman who only wanted to serve her country. My ladybird was incredible too. Her intuition always serves her well and I need to trust those instincts more often. She knew that Sienna would be an asset in this case, giving her the motivation she needs to pursue her dreams. I was proud of both of them.

Me, I’m a big picture kind of guy. I need to have plans laid out before me so I can see how we are going to navigate the obstacles life throws in front of us. We need to come up with a plan like how are we going to have kids and continue our roles as NCIS ninjas. How are we going to be good parents?  How do we know which road to take…. ah crap!  No more questions!

I think Kensi has already put to rest all of my concerns. Why would I ever doubt her? She will let me know when it’s time to have to figure it all out. Until that time we need to just relax, trust each other and enjoy the life we have together. So much to be grateful for now including a cornflower blue bedroom. Life is good.
