I think I got it! episode 20 is also the episode that we got the BTS of Kensi and Deeks in a car together. Maybe Monty plays a roll in getting them back together (as partners at least….maybe not the romance part, but who knows) since there is the #2 in the pic, maybe (as the pic shows) they take him to the park and play ball with him and have a conversation.
