NCISLA Classified Preview: “Defectors” (S7E9)
Title: “Defectors”
Airing: Monday, November 23rd.

What CBS is telling us: “Defectors” – The team searches for a missing teenage girl who is feared to have been recruited by a terrorist organization, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Monday, Nov. 23rd
What we think is happening: Delayed for a week, for most of the episode we are probably seeing the stuff CBS is telling us in their press release. Based on the promo, things turn unfortunate for Det. Deeks at the end. Really unfortunate.

Preview:
CBS did a small edit to the original preview that aired after “An Unlocked Mind” two weeks ago – Hetty no longer mentions who is coming for “our children” while Kensi says “what?” when Deeks is arrested.
Sneak Peek
There do not seem to be any sneak peeks up. If anything is released late, I’ll update in the comments.
Despite the assumed cliffhanger, we’re off next week for a rerun of “Forest For The Trees” before what looks to be the payoff for the Internal Affairs investigation (in an appropriately titled episode “Internal Affairs”). Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Thanks for this preview.
As the promo ominously suggests, more than the beginning of the case, I think I will be interested in the ending… And I can’t think we will have to wait for two weeks before seeing all the developments of Deeks’s arrest.

I’m looking forward to this as well. They had months and months to come up with a good case – I’m expecting something really interesting.

Whey do we have to wait two weeks for the Internal Affairs investigation? I read that the Christmas episode was due on the December 14. Does anyone know if that is still happening??? Thanks

CBS has reruns for both “Scorpion” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” on November 30th (the network actually has a lot of rerun that week). “Internal Affairs” run on December 7th and “Cancel Christmas” – the annual holiday episode – is on December 14th.

Whoops, this just in – “Humbug” is the rerun.

Thanks Tess. Interesting that the rerun is Humbug which will nearly be the anniversary of Deeks & Kensi becoming an official couple. Don’t like the idea of waiting for the conclusion of Deeks arrest and finding out all the answers.. Looking forward to Deek’s mum returning to the show and her scenes with Kensi should be interesting.

I’m really looking forward to those scenes myself. We’ve heard all about 11-year old Deeks saving his mother, we don’t know much about their lives after that and the impact that had on the two of them.
