     I can’t remember the name of the episode, it was quite early, Season 3, maybe Season 2? Eva was the Mexican police officer trying to track down her young brother’s killer, or something like that. Kensi was jealous of Eva, didn’t like her having a connection with Deeks. Sorry I can’t help you more, I’m sure somebody can.

       Oops, I guess the episode really was called Sacrifice.
