We’re still in the middle of this massive case (that sent Callen & Sam overseas – & I do mean “seas”) and having to keep an eye on Beale while his own lady bird is off tending to a nest. After a really long day Kensi’s out grabbing us dinner – as fate would have it – sandwiches. (Guess you had to be there. Which I was….)
Good thing I filled-up on that tower of hotcakes this morning! Kens spent her morning at a most-deserved women in law enforcement seminar. Hmmm. I wonder if they were trying out an new and creative weapon accessories? #braholster
They say marriage changes you. Not sure about myself, but some shifts in my wife (wife!) are considerable. It wasn’t that long ago I was hanging on for dear life when my control-freak of a partner risked life & limb (& my hearing) pretending the SRX was an F1 vehicle. Overtime, for whatever unknown reasons, she infrequently let me drive the Caddy and the Audi. Remember last week she voluntarily “let” me be the first to drive that sweet ride in Cuba? Now, not only do I get to drive, I get to drive my own vehicle. From her, if that’s not trust, I don’t know what is!
On a related note, clearly Sam and I aren’t married. Dude doesn’t even like me looking at his Hellcat. Getting to maneuver it during that case a few weeks back was sweet! I swear if I could fit my surfboard in it, I’d definitely consider trading in my truck.
Back to business, based on how this case is going and with no Nell, or Fatima, or Hetty, I have this sneaking suspicion we’re going to have to bring in some additional help. And we all know how that usually goes….
